Rhythm Ride • Our OG class is a VIBE, and baby is it good. Rhythm riding is just that, we ride to the beat and party our butts off. Dark room, loud music and good people. It's a therapy like no other, a high energy meditation if you will. You're going to love it, so just go book a bike already!
Pilates Pump • Pilates Pump is our mat pilates inspired class. We took traditional pilates moves and added a Studio Thirty Three twist. This ain’t your mamas pilates class. Expect good beats and a booty and core burn in each class.
Cardio Kickboxing • Cardio Kickboxing is just like it sounds, lots of cardio, high energy and a whole lot of fun! Expect killer beats and combos that include jabs and kicks and so much more. *We will not being hitting or kicking any actual objects
HIIT • Get ready to build long lean muscles and have a damn good time doing it. We have programed exercises targeting different muscle groups in a full body split with emphasis on different upper body and lower body movements each day. STRONG is the new sexy and you'll get just that with our HIIT class.
