our Cancellation Policy
In respect of your schedule, limited bikes, and wait-listed riders, our class cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be made prior to 7pm on the night before your scheduled class. Cancellations made after 7pm will result in a late cancellation fee of $15 if on an unlimited membership, limited memberships and class pack holders will lose 1 credit.

our late Policy
For the safety and satisfaction of all our cyclists, please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes PRIOR to the class start time.
First-time, new students MUST arrive 10-15 minutes before class to be properly set up on your bike.
Cyclists who arrive more than 2 minutes after the posted class start time will not be permitted to enter the studio, regardless of circumstances, and will result in a late cancellation charge as well. If you arrive within the 2 minute grace period, please be respectful and mindful of our other cyclists. PLEASE NOTE: the 2 minute grace period is intended for rare emergencies only, and should not be considered an acceptable time to enter class each week.
Late arrivals and early departures are disruptive to class. Please be respectful of your instructor and fellow cyclists by being inside the studio, with your bike set up and ready, at the posted start time. If you must leave early, please advise the instructor at the beginning of class.

our waitlist Policy
Classes go live for booking at 12 PM every Saturday, and they fill up fast! If the class you want is full, you may add yourself to the wait-list. Anytime before 7pm on the day before class, as riders cancel, the list moves up automatically and an email is sent to the next rider on the wait-list letting them know they’re officially on the roster! Anytime after 7pm, an email will be sent to everyone on the wait-list giving you the option to add the class. This is on a first come first serve basis.
Remember that adding yourself to a class wait-list is the same as signing up for that class, and if you are added to a class, we expect to see you there! You can remove yourself from the wait-list anytime. Cancellations made after 7pm the day before class will result in a $15 Last Minute Cancellation Fee. Make sure to keep an eye on your email before the start of class if you have a wait-listed spot! See you in the saddle!
